It is ideal that career guidance begin by Std. 8 or Std. 9 so that children and parents are exposed to a greater number of academic & career options rather than the usual few known ones. Keeping this in mind, we have crafted result and target-oriented processes to integrate career guidance in the school curriculum.
For us, it is very important that each student and parent gets to meet the career counsellor for at least one personalised session. Any additional one-on-one sessions can be very beneficial for students from Std. 12 to shortlist colleges, scholarships and to understand the college application process. The one-on-one sessions can be planned online or within the school campus. Some of the schools facilitate as many as 5 one-on-one sessions for Std. 12th.
